Hi! I'm from Munich, Germany. Look at this photo. Every year in September or October we celebrate Oktoberfest. Tourists from around the world come to this amazing festival.
The festival started 200 years ago. It lasts for 16 days. Sometimes people wear beautiful costumes. They meet friends, family, and relatives. They eat special food. It's really fun!
DIWALI.
In October or November every year, Indian people around the world celebrate the important festival of Diwali. Diwali is also called "the Festival of Lights"
Hindu people usually do special things during the first five days of Diwali. On the first day, people wear beautiful new clothes, clean their homes, and decorate them with lights. They also buy gold-colored things. On the second day, some people make pictures with colorful sand.
The third day is an important day in the festival when families eat special food together. They also watch fireworks. On the fourth day, people visit friends and extended relatives. They give gifts, and wish them all good luck.
